(MCIT; Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) effective April 1, 2020, in a move to strengthen its construction and building materials business.

2. Purpose of integration
MCC aims to further expand its business by generating synergy through shared utilization of material development capabilities, plastic molding and composite technologies, and so on built up by each company and by offering a one-stop construction and building materials solution service from materials to molded and processed products.
