Material Description:
Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM) composed of two aluminum skins (0.5mm thick) and non-combustible mineral filled core.
Total thickness:
3 mm, 4 mm, or 6 mm
Paint finish:
A high-performance Lumiflon-based fluorocarbon coating.
(a) “Solid Colors” are a three-coat, three-bake system with service coating on its back.
(b) “Metallic Colors”, “Sparkling Colors” and “Prismatic Colors” are a three-coat, three-bake system with service coating on its back.
(c) “NaturArt Series” (Stone, Timber, Metal, and Abstract) is coated with an image transfer system with service coating on its back.
Protective film:
Black and white polyethylene film on the surface side
Standard panel width:
965mm, 1270mm and 1575mm
Custom width:
Custom width orders can be accepted with the multiple of 1000m2. An extra lead- time of 2 weeks is required to order the custom width coil.
Custom color:
Custom color orders also can be accepted with the minimum quantity of 1000m2 except for “NaturArt Series” (Stone, Timber, Metal, and Abstract)
Panel length:
Any cut length between 1800mm and 5000mm can be accepted, but a minimum of 30 sheets per cut is required. Please contact our local distributors or our office for custom lengths longer than 5000mm.
Lead-time:
(a) Standard width – 6 weeks ex-factory Japan
(b) Custom width – 8 weeks ex-factory Japan
These lead times apply after receipt of a Firm Purchase Order, Color Match Approval and Original Irrevocable Letter of Credit.

Others:
Coil coated finishes also can be accepted for less than 1000m2 (minimum 100m2 per width and color) subject to the following conditions:
(a) Only colors from our color chart.
(b) Only standard widths of 965mm, 1270mm and 1575mm
(c) Some surcharge is required.
